'He was spitting at the door and spitting at the guards,' a just-released inmate told the Daily News. 'He's spitting at everything. Dude was acting crazy.'

The solitary arrangement was, of course, to keep him away from others and to keep them from him. People like him have to be kept from all those less evil inmates who don't like people who slaughter for no reason.

I would say that anything he can do to convince people that he may be insane will be very normal behavior by him since insanity is the only chance he has now. I wish the police had helped him gain a pound or two of lead when he admitted his crimes. That is the only sure way we can get people like him.

As Richard Pryor used to say his father told the police when they told him to come get him, the old man would say "Let him escape, and shoot him". That should work for Holmes.

Even in the pen he would be in solitary. They "clean up the yard" every day or two. Just like Charles Manson, there would no place to run.

I say we should give him a fair trial before we take him to the gallows on the courthouse steps and give him a public hanging. That should work. I advocate public execution of those that are a danger to our children. I think he qualifies, even though he is not a pedofile.

if he has a spitting problem a club to the mouth would probably solve that. Perhaps a nice stay in a Louisiana prison might do wonders for his attitude. I'm sure we still have some good 'ol boy prisons around where people don't have much contact with civil rights. So do you have to act Civil to have Civil rights?

I suspect the only movie anyone is considering for this douche is 6 feet under...the movie
