Maybe you didn't notice because the MSM isn't reporting about them like last year. I think they are needed by Obama for the day when they can be turned loose for some real rioting that can bring on martial law. It has to be sometime in the next 100 or so days.
The Occupiers are just worthless pieces of garbage. Seems the California groups are truly the scum of the Earth. This from the 4th of July event in Oakland:

In addition, protestors scrawled "Kill Cops" on several locations, set garbage bins on fire, and damaged a police car.
The Civil Rights movement wanted a chance at the "American Dream." The Occupy Movement has a different dream because the one the Civil Rights movement pushed for was one where they would be expected to fend for themselves.

C'mon, that's just plain nutty. We have a loooooong way to go before martial law would even be considered.
And the DHS think that liberty loving Americans are the terrorists. Country has gone insane.
DHS should be looking at these terrorists instead of returning veterans of the Middle East. Of course, that's a little too much to ask of the democrat controlled bureaucracy.

I agree with cracking down on those that break the law, but as for them protesting that is thier Right, or do you only back the Rights of Americans when you agree with their agenda?
