My thread about rights lost under Obama has come a cropper. Nobody can name a single right lost since he took office.

So, I thought I'd reverse it and see about rights lost under Bush. I'll start:

1. The right to a trial by jury.

2. The right not to be held without charge.

3. The right to the presumption of innocence.

4. The right to bail.

5. The right to be protected from government investigation without a warrant.

6. The right not to be tortured.

That's all I've got right now, but there are more.

Anybody got anything else?

If we lost all these under Bush and Obama has done nothing to restore them, haven't we still lost them under Obama as well ?

Default What rights did you lose during the Bush administration?

The BIGGEST one we all lost was the right to have a responsible, competent government. If the teabaggers can be purged from the house in November, we'll be on the road to recovery.

You didnt lose any of those things.

So not only did you display that you dont know the difference between a right, and a priviledge, but now you have to lie in order to justify your hate.
