Sexuality may or may not be inborn. It may be a combination of factors. It may be due to prenatal testosterone exposure.... it may be genetic.... but orientation is NOT A CHOICE. The overwhelming majority of straight AND gay people will tell you they do not consciously choose to like one sex over the other.

Why this is such a hard concept for so many of you geniuses to grasp, I will never know.
Right.... where IS the straight gene???

Human Genome Project - it is completed - and no "gay gene" has been discovered.

Homosexuality is a choice. People miight be preconditioned to it because of their upbringing - but it still remains an immoral and deviant behavior that is chosen.
With every post on this topic you show more and more how very little you know.

Are you really that ignorant that you think that the complexity of human sexuality could be caused by just ONE gene?

Peer Review = a group of scientists who look at something and say...

"Hmmm...looks OK to me"

That's really it....

It's totally easy to subvert and is not immune to coercion and there is no standard of what is considered "peer review"....

i.e. peer review can consist of the material being subjected to a group of 10,000 or 100..

Know your new religion.

And thanks for showing you don't know what peer review means either.

When the boy scouts are selling their trail mix/popcorn in my town and solicit me, I will tell them that unlike previous years when I would donate $20, I will have to decline this year. They represent an intolerant organization. I will ask the parents who are present to explain the meaning of intolerant to these children.

Um no....it's not.

Unless, of course, a person is particularly simple minded.

My dad, an Eagle Scout himself, kindly invited Scouts selling popcorn door-to-door in and lectures them on why he no longer supports the Scouts because of their anti-gay bigotry.
