He asked Congress for $1 billion dollars.

NCLB is coming to an end. Have to find a new program and initiative.
American students are now all going to become Scientists and Mathematicians.
And all it takes is some money from Congress.

Yes, it seems fashionable for the extremists to attack teachers. The same people they entrusted to educate their children. Maybe if they can destroy our public educaltion system their children can all home-school ... and goose-step together, at "recess."

When there is utmost job security, higher pay does not equal a better education for our children. It emboldens the lazy to be lazier.
