He hasn't met with his "Jobs Council" for 6 months.

The Busiest President - YouTube

"...here are a few numbers from the Government Accountability Institute, which has analyzed how much time Mr. Obama actually spent in economic meetings of any kind during his first 1,257 days in office, based on the official White House calendar and the daily presidential calendar compiled by Politico. Among other things, the analysis found that Mr. Obama spent less than 4 percent of his total time in economic meetings or briefings and that there were 773 days (72 percent), excluding Sundays, in which the president had no economic meetings. Politico opinion contributor Peter Schweizer also notes that the study found Mr. Obama spent an average of 138 minutes a week in economic meetings. “For comparison, consider that dog owners spend an average of 130 minutes a week walking their dogs,” he observes, noting that the researchers gave the president a broad definition of what constituted an “economic meeting,” and spotted him a generous two hours for each of the events. “Still, the totals for time spent on the worst economy since the Great Depression came in shockingly low,” Mr. Schweizer concludes."

He dismisses the recommendations of his very own deficit reduction team (ie. Simpson Bowles) and he can't find the time to spend working on the abyssmal jobs situation.

It's clear to me that this President has his priorities screwed up. They are as follows:

1) Homosexual Rights
2) Illegal Immigrant Pandering
3) Vacations
4) Castigating succesful people
5) Campaigning

Is there any wonder whatsoever as to why this President will be deposed in November?

Seriously....the totality of circumstances dictates that he has very little chance of being re-elected. Such a sad end to what **could* have been a good Presidency.

He's on TV as we speak, babbling about being a hot shot crime fighter gonna take care of what happened in Aurora.

What a tool.

He actually sniped at Romney for not being there.

What a tool.

Only a fool would vote for Tool Obama.

Sickening.

It's all a part of his "laser-like focus on jobs" and the fact that he said he'd "spend every waking hour putting Americans back to work".

CBS News: We Are Experiencing “The Worst Economic Recovery America Has Ever Had.” CBS’ SCOTT PELLEY: “Good evening. This is the worst economic recovery America has ever had. We’d been looking for hopeful signs, but today the chairman of the Federal Reserve threw a cold splash of reality on those hopes.” (“
CBS Evening News,” 7/17/12)

“The American Job Machine Has Jammed” And Has Settled Into A “Summer Slump For The Third Year In A Row.” “The American job machine has jammed. Again. The economy added only 80,000 jobs in June, the government said Friday, erasing any doubt that the United States is in a summer slump for the third year in a row.” (Paul Wiseman, “US Economy Adds 80,000 Jobs In Another Weak Month,” The Associated Press, 7/7/12)

“The Weakest Job-Adding Quarter In Two Years…” CNBC’s JOHN HARWOOD: “Just 80,000 jobs added in the month of June, Michelle. 8.2% unemployment rate, unchanged, 12.7 million unemployed people, also unchanged. That makes the second quarter the weakest job-adding quarter in two years, an average of 75,000 jobs added in the second quarter of this year.” (CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” 7/6/12)

How many hours has your congressman spent in economic or job creating meetings? Mine just frets about gays, marriage and human reproduction.

Bernanke has the interest as low as it can go, the job creators have had their taxes cut since GWB and still no jobs. Perhaps Mitchell is realizing his goal.
