Eric Holder gets by with answering yes or no questions by Congressmen with long winded spiels that never even come close to an answer. We have all heard him doing that and now Janet Napolitano plays the game and the committee chairman finally says she will never answer the question so we might as well go on. How in hell do they get by with this kind of thing?
But like Holder, Napalatino refuses to answer yes or no questions without running around the world with her explanations of everything other than why it is yes of no. I am saying that when told to answer, yes or no, and you do what she did in the video you are trying very hard to avoid answering at all,.
The key is to not get caught lying. Saying yes or no can pin you down too easy. Better to ramble on and on and never answer the question when one is guilty as these folks are.
They are ruling class and above reproach. This has gone on for decades.
