It matters because the OP wrote that this was the "Official WH Transcript". That's a lie and it's deceiving.
The full paragraph containing this one sentence is as follows: “If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you’ve got a business. you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen. The Internet didn’t get invented on its own. Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet.”
If these entrepreneurs are able to become successful without outside help, why wouldn't they go over to a place such as Somalia to create a business? No Government regulations would seem to be an entrepreneurs dream.
[MOD CUT/off topic] Where is the White House transcript? All you posted was a link to the weekly standard hit piece in which 12 seconds of his speech was aired. Surely his speech was longer than 12 seconds.

Once again. That's not the White House Transcript. Produce the transcript of the full speech.
Pay attention to the video and you might notice that in the bottom right hand corner the words YouTube show up when Romney is talking and when Obama talks the words White House and C Span show up. In other words this thing is a Democrat ad in which Romney's words come from You Tube and Obama's come from very close to the horse's mouth.
We all pay for roads, bridges, education so why now is it being shoved in our faces ?
