I'm sorry this guy has to be nominated. How do you leave your girl and two small kids in the theater and get in your car and drive off. Thankfully a young black teenager was there to help escort his family to safety as he was circling the block.
Personally, I think that it takes a rather small minded person to run around labeling someone else a "coward" when they don't know the person, don't know what the person went through and don't know for a fact what how that person responded to a situation not of their own making. I further think that takes a hell of a lot of sanctimony to dwell on the failings of another human when there are far bigger issues worthy of discussion, like the families of those killed, the plight of those wounded and those who will be psychologically scarred for a long time to come.
But then I haven't come to expect the best from some people on these boards.

You won't judge the stupid creep that left a newborn baby laying on the floor while he ran for his own life but you'll judge posters on this forum.
What's even worse than the fact that he abandoned his tiny children to whatever fate that met them is that he gets in front of a camera and goes to crying and whining and admitting his cowardliness.
At least he could have lied and said he was running to get help or something. He's so impressed with himself that he can't stop blabbering.
