The increase in the stock market is erased entirely by the drop in value of the dollar. The stock market would have to have gone up 20% or more just to keep in line with the Euro. So, if it goes up, it means more dollars, but dollars are worth less. How is this "richer" except in people's heads? Didn't Bill Gates and Warren Buffet say they were bailing out of dollars and moving into other currencies?

Well, on second thought. You are right. Corporations are evil, especially the ones that make profits. Lets close them all down. And then people won't have to slave 9-5 everyday for them. They can go home and be with their families and enjoy benefits paid for with....uh.....hmmmm....

LOL, what? That is total rubbish unless you are TRADING your dollar for a Euro or buying product in Euro. Last I heard, the stock market trades in U.S. dollars, and the U.S. economy, although impacted in global trading by the Euro, still operates on the dollar. The stock market does not have to go up to match the euro, that's crazy.

I'm just flabergasted that anyone would grab at any straws to try to try to justify that the economy is going bad.

Yay Wall Street is having a hay day. Well that's nice. Except I don't give a rats arse' about Wall Street or her Stock Markets. They're just a pyramid scam anyway. Meanwhile, housing costs soar in to the stratosphere, foreclosures hit about 1 in four families in the country, our national debt is approaching Mars, the media is drumming up anything they an to divert attention and confuse people, our good jobs the country was founded on are being replaced by retail and fast food jobs, job security is probably at an all time low with many companies opening revolving door services with temporary agencies, and to top it off real id act is going to cost mega billions, and universal healthcare is a stepping stone to enslaving us and our kids and putting stipulations for them to have their liberties.

States cant secede. Even if they did the US would sabotage them. Big bad war talk at every corner and political divide and unrest. Many cities rusting and rotting away. Yea these are just fantabulous times. SHOVE OFF. Blight. Bleak. Crap. Stupid. DUHMB. Fake. Rigged. Godless piece of doo' country. I guarantee if people could move to another country where the economy would be reset and people could start over they would leave this country in droves.

But hey, those stock markets and the new Freedom Tower are really going up quick. DUMB. STUPID. IDIOTIC. SELLOUT. GLOBALIST ELITEST PIECE OF DOO ON MY SHOE. A SIX YEAR OLD CHEWING BUBBLE GUM AND RIDING A SKATEBOARD COULD RUN THE COUNTRY BETTER. DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN THEY'RE LYING DIRTBALLS. THIS COUNTRIES WEALTH IS A SUPERFICIAL JOKE. LIKE TEN PEOPLE HAVE MONEY AND EVERYBODY ELSE JUST THINKS THEY DO AND LIVES IN DEBT TO MAKE IT APPEAR LIKE THE UNITED STATES IS DOING GOOD WHEN IT IS FAR FROM IT. LOOK AT THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS. BASICALLY EVERYTHING GRANDMA AND GRANDPA BUILT IS BEING LIQUIDATED IN MASS. WE'RE BEING STIMULATED JUST ENOUGH SO THAT THE PARADIGM SHIFT IN WEALTH ISN'T AS NOTICEABLE. CONDO'S AND APARTMENTS AND OTHER THINGS ALSO COVER UP SOME OF THE LIQUIDATION OF OUR NATION ASSETS.

JUST LET ALASKA SECEDE.
