If Europe spirals out of control economically and becomes dangerous and violent (as in the 1930s), should America accept refugees or only wealthy Europeans who will spend their money in America?
Should Mexico accept American refugees when the civil war erupts in US. You know, when the "patriots" start watering the tree of liberty with the blood of those who don't agree with them.
Who will accept American refugees when this economy succumbs to short term conservative policies and a government controlled by monopolistic bankers and defense contractors?
Well there's always Paraguay--they will take anyone. They're just happy when anyone shows up and doesn't mistake them for Uruguay.
Europe will face mostly a civil war scenario limited to a few countries so refugees would be absorbed into neighboring countries. They also have it pretty good so while there can be protests, rioting and whatnot....I don't see it getting that bad.
Civil war.. who is on what side? Actually, I think Germany should just BUY Greece. Every summer, it's impossible to go on vacation anywhere in Greece and not believe you are actually in Germany... German tourists everywhere, German food in all the restaurants... not a beach in Greece that some German tourist didn't get up at the crack of dawn to "reserve his beach space", hogging the whole beach....

Just go inland to the poorer areas if you want to meet Greeks.
