Thank you, everyone, for giving me 1,000 reputation points in 2,442 posts.

Nearly all my posts have been in this Politics forum, so I put the thanks here too. You deserve them.

Congrats, but a word of caution. The first 1000 or so is easy. Its when everyone starts getting that dreaded "must spread" message that it becomes hard.

Most of mine have come from the P&OC forum as well, but I can tell you from experience, once you get your first medal, growth is slowed, dramatically.

They seem to come in flurries. A lot in the past few weeks, a lot when the Supremes called Obamacare "constitutional", etc. I'd imagine that pattern will continue, but who knows. I don't write for rep. I write to say what I think should be said.

At any rate, a big THANK YOU for those who thought my sentiments deserved rep.

Getting points from people who normally agree with you is easy (at least the first time around).
It's when you get one from someone who generally disagrees with you that is worthy.

Most rep points people have given me, have been unsigned, with no indication who gave them. How does one tell that the giver agrees or disagrees?
