very sad. Father is in the wrong for his hitting an innocent child. However the Day Care should have known better, to leta 9 year old boy in a day care in the first place. shouldn't he be in summer school/fun/YMCA or being with kids his own age?

I agree this day care center, definitely needs to be looked at. Please parents check so carefully any day care center, or home baby sitters before placing your child.

This is beyond awful, and terrible, and plain wrong. This center should be closed.

A few days ago in Dallas a child was left in a day care van to die of heat.

He was the fifth north Texas child to die in a day care van since 2003.

This boy has some issues and more needs to be done where he's concerned. Close the day care this women should have known something was going on. The parents of this 9 yr old ought to take him for a serious discussion/punishment on how to treat others.

Could not watch the video. I have small children and it would really bother me, but if there was negligence by the day care worker, get rid of her and possibly seek criminal action.

A lot of thoughts come up here.

1. Why is the 9 year old with the toddlers?
2. Medicine wasn't the issue here, he was clearly conscious of what he was doing, he waited until the adults turned away.
3. Did the teachers not hear the toddlers crying?
4. Did the teachers not see the injuries?
5. Is there any reason why he was separated from kids his age?

It does seem that trashy people raise trashy children.
