Frankly it's in the service of capitalism to make sure that people graduate with, minimum, a high school degree nowadays. Given the success that the guy who has been appointed head of this initiative has had graduating black students with advanced degrees in the STEM fields, I say have at it!!!

yeah, let's make it damn near impossible to suspend or expel students, that they may continue to run amok and make it impossible for others to learn..
Either that or you start expelling and suspending all races at the same rate to make it fair. Won't matter if they did anything wrong or not. So now everybody sits at home suspended at the same rate racially so it's all fair and nobody is in school to learn. Yippee. I'm sure the next exec order will be to ban home schooling. Gotta keep em dumb and voting democrat after all.
Actually it means children will most likely have to start speaking spanish in schools so as not to deprive the po widdle illegals from getting an education. Not fair they they may have to learn english to be able to understand how to learn from a teacher in the US.
