He's referring to the Democrat base being people dependent on other people's wallets for life.
He has a fantastic point. Beyond the elderly and disabled, why should there ever be anything more than temporary help regarding welfare and unemployment?

Government workers and dependents on government all suck tax dollars and love to vote other people's wallets to their back pockets. It is unethical to do that. For Rush to point that out is not unethical.

What ever happened to "THOU SHALL NOT COVET THY NEIGHBOR'S GOODS"?
Now we see why the left hates the Ten Commandments.............

Wow. I don't listen to his show, or care much about him either way, but it's just sad that the majority here that dislike him are unable to get their point across without resorting to childish name calling and vulgarity. This is evidenced on the first few pages alone, and it says a lot more about the poster than it says about Rush. How does that make you any better than him?
