On Wednesday the president gets scorned because he's not doing enough to help the black population. On Friday, he does something that would indeed help a portion of black people and guess which card comes out of the deck

The oath of office, which he took, was to uphold the constitution and enforce the laws of the land. He has done neither. Consequently,he should be impeached. Simple, really. His actions in terms of illegal immigrants alone should have ensured his impeachment. And yet? Americans somehow have stopped CARING about America, and those of us who do are accused of hate speech.

Why shouldn't our public school system function like Obama's DOJ?

Nothing in the executive order mandates the behavior or actions described in the in the Daily Caller article or in the title of this thread.

Actually it comes across as a decree that the education system in the US is racist against Blacks.
There is no "Black" problem per say..it's that the education system singles out Blacks. Blacks are victims of a racist education system in schools all over the US.

This EO will create a special education group that will work for these victims to give them a chance to overcome the racist system that prevents them from achieving on the same level as Whites.

It's as simple as that. Because..THERE IS NO PROBLEM other than being racist against Blacks.

That the OP and their source are lying basically.

Also what does the status of birth of a child have to do with a kid getting suspended for something that another kid wouldn't get suspended for based on race. Nothing that I can see. And there are a disportionate amount of black children getting harshly disciplined at school for things that other non-black children are not disciplined for. This is the same as the prison system where a white man with no priors is more likely to get no time or probation for the same offense a black man with no prior commits, yet the black man will go to prison.

Not sure if an executive order will do anything though about this because I see it more as an institution, ideologically issue, not one that can necessarily be combatted with a simple executive order.

Also, I highly doubt an Asian or white kid will now be suspended instead of a black kid. They'd just suspend black kids less if they decide to follow or if they even know about this executive order. Your source is a pretty crappy one, very unorganized and poorly written - unfocused.

I don't understand how OOW births or incarceration even got involved in their article about this executive order unless they were just trying to rile up readers who they know have a superiority complex and want to reiterate to their readers how horrible black people are compared to them.

This is ridiculous and racist. I think that all races should be suspended at similar rates for the SAME KINDS OF OFFENSES, but if you are looking at overall proportion, its like saying that the police can't arrest more blacks or Mexicans than whites even though blacks and Mexicans committ larger numbers of crimes.

In other words, they will start letting black kids off easy for offenses that they deserve to be suspended for. Great discipline that will teach them if there are no consequences.

Well, no, it actually means that black kids won't be suspended or expelled for offenses that, if they where white, would be shrugged off. But it's nice to know that republicans favor active racism.
