The problem I have is it is the taxpayers that are punished here. Yes, she will deserve the money but there should be punishment for whoever was responsible for the mistakes also.

Cut in rank to termination.

The L.A.county sheriffs dept did not even apoligize to her for their stupid mistake. Heads should roll for this but they wont. The L.A. county sheriffs dept is terrible. Look at how the inmates are treated in jail. Its good shes not letting the public servants get away with this.

I don't see jailtime here. That would also just cost the taxpayers money.

Cops get the job done in a bad situation and ask questions later. Unless the call was for granny's headache theres work to do cleaning up the mess that gets complained about day after day .

This is a perfect example of a society by reaction that deserves a parking maid force. The city should charge this wanna be Barbie flunky with intent to embarrass and interfere with means of income in guys trying to do their jobs to protect people for peanuts

Easily a disturbance to whatever god given peace there is.

A has been flamboyant exhibitionist that could be found in no other apparel then the indecorous birthday suit. Another quack quack like a duck trying to control the mass's when things don't go as planned. Using the taxpayers money for publicity. It is clear that her manner created high suspicion which suggests many different forms of criminal activity. A very suspicious situation warranting full investigation.

We live in a police state where they can enter any home, at anytime, under the guise of "probable cause".

Damned shame.

And if they had found a joint in her house, she'd be in jail without a pot to **** in. Ain't that a shame?
