The smart thing to do is keep your mouth shut period ESPECIALLY at work. Your views are no one's business but your own. If someone decides they are "offended" by your view it should be no big deal you agree to disagree, but today in the workplace "Agenda" groups have more power than ever and unless you are in favor of their ideas you will be ostracized, and in some cases your ability to make a living is placed in jeopardy. This includes people that insist on using social media to voice an opinion while at work or home. Agenda groups take great pleasure in coming after people who have opinions that don't agree with theirs. They get extra points if they can get the individual who they don't agree with fired from their job. When you think about it we really have to seriously wonder if there is such a thing as free speech since any opinion that goes against the grain can be considered "Hate speech", or prompt a boycott of a business, or be criminally prosecuted as bullying depending on the circumstances.
