How many states currently have laws that violate the constitution?

Mississippi has a law prohibits any person who "denies the existence of a Supreme Being" from holding state office. This is in direct violation of Article 6 of the constitution.
Quote:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

I was wondering how many others are out there.

There are a lot of old laws on the books around the country that are unenforceable and just relics. Heck, most of the anti-sodomy laws would be one big example following a supreme court case and then you get into all the bizarre old laws like "you can't drive your buggy down mainstreet on a Sunday" or "all mule trading must be noted by the sheriff" type stuff.

Those were all tossed out by the Supreme Court a long time ago. Some state never took the laws off the books, but they cannot enforce them.

I understand that they are unenforceable, but do you know of any others that are directly in violation of the constitution?

Perhaps the OP would also care to link the Mississippi law she claims violates the US Constitution?
