Maybe if more "christians" actually followed the teachings of Christ there would be less people turning away from your religion.

There are good and bad in any group. Trying to play as if all atheists are bad, and all christians are good is a total farce.
Observe the world around you. The youth are increasingly disrespectful, and many are fatherless, with little to no positive role models to lead them in the right direction. Society is rife with sexual immorality, racism, violence, and apathy.

With no rule of what is truly righteous, the very defenition of righteouness will be skewed and manipulated to have a different meaning that will be derived from current circumstance and contemporary philosophy.

And while you may be insulated now, all of what I said will be exacerbated as Jesus is eliminated from life, and the treasures and pleasures of the world are increasingly cherished. The problem is the basis of economics is scarcity, and as resources are continually diminished as we live a life of self gratification, eventually there won't be enough left to prevent an economic collapse.

With civilization already in peril due to the lack of guidence, the world will be encapsulated in inescapable darkness.

However, I believe that perhaps God wanted us to prove him wrong. He wanted us to formulate a society based upon Christianity, true Christianity, so we would avoid blindly fulfilling the prophecy of destruction that was foretold.

If you envision a life of peace and happiness in the future, you must realize that Christianity must be pushed to the forefront, and we as a society should embrace it through discipline and do our best to mimic Christ, so that we can prolong society into future generations of prosperity and harmony.

And while I will admit, I am often hypocritical, you must realize that it is very difficult not to be in the world we've created which revolves around materialism, self gratification, and selfishness. Keep in mind, while I may have an excuse for my actions or lack thereof, Jesus says those that preach the word but do not fulfil it will have the most to answer for.

Even christians can't decide what christianity is, so good luck with formulating a true christian society.

I've never had Whataburger so I can't say but I have had 5 Guys and I can say their burger really sucks. We're talking dry as a bone because it was so over cooked and the dope behind the counter kept pushing down on the patty trying to get it to cook faster. 5 Guys knows their patties are garbage and that's why they drown it conditments. Worse is the bun which is so puffed up with air it practically deflates like a balloon the moment you pick up your burger. That means you have to flat squished pieces of bread which are flat as a pancake holding a dry as a hooky puck patty with mayo and ketchup slime-ing every where.

That's not a good burger in my mind and that's why I won't go back to 5 Guys. I went there twice just to give them a second chance but it was the exact same garbage once again so they get no more chances.

These burger descriptions are becoming borderline pornographic.

Why don't you guys find a nice girl? Or boy?

At least they aren't decribing Carl's Jr. hamburgers - talk about pornographic!

If it goes all over the place - or the burger is promoted with a half-naked woman mauling a car - it doesn't go anywhere near my face.

Because that's harder to do than ordering a burger.

I boycott Carl's Jr. because it is just so nasty.

I think it is run by Hedonists that don't wash their hands.
