Obama's "Tax The Rich" proposal the CBO said will net $86 Billion per year more in taxes.

$86 Billion would run the US Government for a total of 8 days.

.....and Liberals are dumb enough to think it would pay for all the hand outs and lower the deficit!

If you honestly think our government (country) can survive even after removing income taxes your crazy or delusional. Did you mention adding additional taxes in another part of the thread???

Despite what you were taught in public school, government and country are not the same.
Yes we will survive without an income tax and even thrive, however the subsidies to cronies, bailouts to mismanaged corps, wars of aggression, revenue streams to dictators and salaries of parasite workers most likely would not. What a terrible thought huh? lol

An income tax is the government telling me I do not own my labor,in other words slavery.

IRS could stop paying refunds to ID thieves who file thousands of fraudulent tax returns. That action alone could save $21 BILLION in the next 5 years.

Of course, we all know how tough it would be to track, identify, and stop these payments given that these thieves file hundreds even thousands of fraudulent returns USING THE SAME ADDRESSES.

If your government crashes, you won't have a country unless another government comes to power. Heard of the Soviet Union??

As far as the rest of the statement, there's no way we could run an effective government if we cut out income taxes. The FED wouldn't have the money to subsidize the states, which wouldn't have the money to subsidize the cities.

I don't understand your reasoning at all.

This post is mostly nonsense, but do you really think we have an effective government now? Or does it just need more money and more employees ( more theft of wages and more bureaucracy).
Sounds like you think the role of the fed guv is to play sugar daddy to individual states, while telling them how to run their business from afar.

Anyone....yes....ANYONE who wants to pay more taxes certainly can! Just send it to the US Treasury....they will happily take your money.

I have no problem with paying for the things our country is supposed to do with our money....like protect our borders, but other than that, they waste our tax dollars on totally useless and ineffective programs.
