No that would be NATO, not just GW. We are the Police of the world and what NATO says, we have to jump.
Would you suggest we get out of NATO? How about the UN?

I wonder why does every thread result in a blame GW Bush or they did it so can we mentality?
Reid is a scum bag career politician. I live near a Dem controled strong hold and Cronyism and nepostism is noramal procedure. The Dem's only complain about it if the Repubs do it.
The republicans cried about Dem filobustering and yet they have their own history of doing the same.
The last functional congress/senate that we have had was during the Clinton years.
The republicans are to blame for the banking problem... The fact that Frank and Dodd were involved up to their eyeballs is forgotten.
Any republican sex scandal is magnified. Yet Frank had a lover doing misdeeds out of Franks house.
Obama ran on a campaign of transparancy and change. What transparency and what change?
The Budget. The Dems cry a river today about it. They held a super majority strong enough to ram Obama care down our throats. Where was the concern for the budget then?
As long as the hardliners keep making excuses for their party there is no chance to fix anything.
If the the a republican majority leader mad an unsubstantiated claim like Reid has done the Dems would go insane. Justifiably so, because it is wrong.
Hardliners are like unruly sports fans. They refuse to hold their own accountable and make the same lame excuse.

And you won't either. To do that would mean admitting that members of their own party are flawed. To admit that would further mean that maybe their own party is no better than the other party or atleast guilty od the same dirty tricks. To admit this would mean that maybe they should be held accountable.

As if the Taliban wasn't involved and are innocent people? Are you kidding me?

Why do you think the leader of the Northern Alliance was murdered just before 911?

You approve of the Taliban and their treatment of women and children who go to school?

They had an option to turn-over Bin Laden and refused.

PS: Harry Reid voted FOR BOTH of those wars!

i have a serious question here.

does harry reid have any idea what COUNTRY he is supposed to be representing?

the sad truth, though, is that he isn't the only congressman selling his country out.

here are some more crooks from that trip:

The Senate group included six other Democrats and three Republicans: Richard Shelby R-Ala.), Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.), Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.), Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) , Johnny Isakson (R-Ga.), Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) and Michael Bennet (D-Colo.).

too bad the media isn't interested in pointing out which representatives will sell us out at every opportunity.

I agree with most of what you say, however, I'm not aware of what "trip" you are referring to?

I feel embarrassed for some of our liberal posters who have obviously never heard of the Clinton Doctrine and reveal the depths of their ignorance by claiming Republicans invented a lie about Iraq having WMDs to justify an invasion.

It's the same bunch who accuse Republicans of shipping jobs to China because they have never heard of the China Trade Act of 2000.
