Try again.
Are you saying that you can be a US citizen and apply to colleges here in the US as a foreign exchange student legally? Show us the facts on that.

I just checked the Constitution again. I checked the US Code and relevant state statutes too. Being a foreign exchange student is not against any law. So even were it true (a thought so idiotic that only Birthers, Obamahaters and general nut-jobs would consider it), so what?

However, you yourself think the burden of proof is on Romney to disprove a spurious allegation by Harry Reid.

That is the DEFINITION of hypocrite.

Oh? How so?

Because we all know (after more than four years of Birthism and more than 140 court cases) that you can be an NBC and a foreign citizen at the same time. So... please, be more succinct.

Exactly where is this imaginary lie?

Not sure if this was mentioned, but this is obviously a parody of sorts. Its just a response to Reids recent nonsense.

No.
HUH? You make no sense. Are you now trying to say that Obama renounced his US citizenship? That's the only way to make your made up scenario work, other than that he would still have been a US citizen and not eligible for foreign exchange student status. What country was he coming from when he applied?

Sure. Why not?

How do I show you a negative? I've checked the US Code, and I've checked the State Statutes for both California (Occidental) and New York (Columbia). I can find no laws that even pretend to address the issue.

So, if you can find what I cannot, I'll praise you right here in this thread in red, bold italic font.

Chop, chop. You've got some imaginary laws to find.

What if? Both parties have a ton of money to dig up whatever it is that they want. I have no doubt that the administration has seen Romney's tax returns. Remember, Bill and Hillary had this stuff laying all over the place. Of course, they weren't actually looking at any of it.

So, there are two possibilities here. One is that there is something embarassing in Romney's taxes but the administration refuses to leak it because they know in return Romney will release the school records on Obama.

Or one or the other is simply waiting for the debates to make the offer to release theirs if the other releases theirs.

Knowing how corrupt things have been the last 3 1/2 years, I'm betting Romney makes the offer.
