There is tremendous disdain for Obama within the armed forces.

It is time for politicians to go and military men to takeover?

Yes, it will be just like living in Egypt. Only with cornbread instead of falafel.

There has already been a coup of our Republic. Hadn't the OP noticed? Coups don't always have to be military in nature. This one was more stealthy. Clue: look at the architecture of the shadow government and our legislators effectively neutered by the bureaucracies, czars and Executive Orders.

Military Coup Could Oust Obama. Former White House Speechwriter Suggests

John L. Perry has courted controversy by suggesting that the U.S. Military, upholding their oath to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies, could stage a bloodless coup to oust President Obama.

In an article originally posted on the Newsmax website, Perry wrote, “There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.†Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.â€

The article outlines how military officers, outraged at Obama’s “trampling†on the Constitution, nationalization of American institutions, rising deficits, unemployment and taxes, could peaceably seize power from the “radical-left commissars†of the Obama administration.

Perry warns that America could be unrecognizable by 2012, prompting a coup to “restore and defend the Constitution,†a prospect that is “weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership,†he writes.

Military members swear an oath to support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States, not the President. There is wisdom in this. At the same time, it's important to recognize the reason why military members are forbidden from appearing at campaign rallies in uniform. You cannot create the illusion that the military is loyal to the MAN who sits in office. You cannot have the military prop up the president, or a candidate for the office. The military will execute LAWFUL orders from whomever sits in the office, regardless of personal feelings. Military loyalty is to the foundation of our country, that being the Constitution. No president is above this law. Well, at least he should not be.

And there is a good reason why we have a civilian commander in chief.

I'll believe the military is concerned about defending the constitution when they march on dc, until then they are just useful tools for corrupt politicians.
