I remember reading a while back that it had something to do back when Clinton was governor of Arkansas. You probably need to search in google.

Read "The Presidents' Club" - all current and former Presidents, Republican and Democrat, hate Jimmy Carter. He may be a highly principled man, but he's also a total jerk apparently.

Add the book about the Secret Service who also say Carter was a phony and a jerk who treated people like crap: In the President's Secret Service: Behind the Scenes with Agents in the Line of Fire and the Presidents They Protect. They said Clinton was nice to people but Jimmy Carter wouldn't even talk to people that worked for him in the White House.

Not sure why..I believe the reason is the battle of egos. Jimmy Carter is a jerk-I used to work at a Financial Company where Jimmy has some retirement money-well he has a ton of warnings on his account of how beligerent he is with people and what "code of conduct" an employee must follow.
Honestly, Jimmy was a terrible president and should stay out of the political arena.

It's not true and they didn't snub each other at Obama's inauguration. They were all in a holding area together before that video clip was taken as they were about to be seated so they'd already greeted one another and done the small talk thing in private. What's the matter, slow news day?
