From the OP's link:

Quote:
"The White House has filed an appeal in hopes of reversing a federal judge's ruling that bans the indefinite military detention of Americans because attorneys for the president say they are justified to imprison alleged terrorists without charge
Yet oddly enough Obama feined protest against said provision claiming he wouldn't sign NDAA. Of course later it was revealed it was the WH that requested that provision all along. The left cried foul; but, the proof is in the appeal.

Yes folks this is what tyranny looks like.

Americans shouldn't have to fear their own government. They shouldn't have to fear being taken in the night. Things like right to trial and due process are at the very bedrock of our way of life.
Due process is a foundation of our Constitution and Republic.

This is one of the issues that those on the left and right can agree on, its the people/sheep in the middle that have to wake up.

Perhaps the OP might have chosen a less biased source to link. Please...provide us with a list of the number and names of American citizens detained indefinitely by President Obama. As for the hyperbolic "This is what tyranny looks like," one need only visit North Korea, Rwanda, Syria or Tibet to see TRUE tyranny in action. Read about The Mothers of the Disappeared in Argentina, then report back about what they would tell you about having their families taken in the night and disappearing, at the hands of government goons trained here in what was once called the School of the Americas. Elderly nuns are
still being arrested for protesting the methods taught there. Had our government detained the Aurora shooter, the RW would have screamed that he be freed, yet here are Chicken Littles beating their chests and wailing over the merest imaginary figment of such detentions. As always, there are two sides to every story; try some reading from sources without economic agendas to advance.
