That's why I said "One school submitted..." There was a story going around about 15 years ago about twins named Lemonjello and Orangejello. The royal family and the verb kid.... true story, knew teachers that had them in their classroom.

I attach the whole Spanish language to poverty for instance, including their names. And yes, the ghetto black names I tend to laugh at a lot as well. I wouldn't want a doctor with the name Mohammad either (or any other Islamic name).

Yes, because we all know that doctors with the name David is more safe... Just ignorant..

I saw a documentary where a guy names his twins "Winner" and "Loser."

Your post sometimes is comical, if you are Caucasian and you have some dark skin, then you are not pure Caucasian, I mean you do understand that don't you? Besides all Arabs are not Caucasian I know some and they don't consider themselves white..

How so? A name doesn't make anyone lower class black or white!

That's because there are not really 3 or 4 separate and distinct races, the human race is one broard spectrum. You can actually be quite pasty white and be mixed or you can be quite dark and be mixed. You can be a blue eyed blond and have a black grandparent.

Patricia? Alicia? I don't think it's the ending sound, I think it's something else that makes you think "low class" and your mind can change once you meet someone who isn't with an unusual name.

True story; my daughter found a roommate on craigslist last year with a semi-unusual name and when she tried to find her on FB (first name + last name) she only found black girls. When they met in person a few days leter the first thing the girl said was "you probably thought I was black" (she wasn't). Haha.
