So you are all for resisting in this case huh? I wonder why

Or more than likely the video was a complete setup because I find it very hard to believe that someone just happened to be standing there video taping a cop giving a ticket to someone who happens to jump in the car 5 seconds later.

The driver definitely deserved to get thrown down for running over the cop's foot.

But the cop also deserved to get his foot run over if he actually thought that trying to stand against a running car would leave him unscathed.

You are joking, right? Pretty much everyone that you see out in public has a camera and is ready to capture video at a moment's notice.

A red sports car parked next to a traffic cone and a cop standing close by is going to get everyone's attention.

I was wondering that myself. Still, I don't get why. To make us dislike rich douche bags?

Class status is probably what saved this guy's life or at least the pain of a beatdown and tazing. If this had been a poor minority in a POS car, the cops would have gone medieval on him.
My utopia would have no cops.

Cop must have thought the laws of physics are suspended by his badge and gun.
If someone attempts to run me over I would step out of the way.

That is why you are not a cop. In most cases like this, the driver that attempts to move their vehicle while it is that close to a cop ends up with a few extra holes they can use to suck in their last breath.

OWNED. (Some foul language. By the cop. Which, I think he handled it pretty well, considering the guy hits him with his car.)
