Don't want a baby? - Keep your clothes on in bed.
Yet, get people to practice it and you're going to have a bit of difficulties. There are people with weak minds after all.

So transplant these embryos in all the female right to lifers. let them carry the burden of the life they want to protect. they can also cover the medical expenses of that procedure. Are all you surrogates ready to sign up? We should be able to keep you pregnant for a solid 15 years. That is about 16 each of you can save in your lifetime... Get to it...

Actually, not if it is performed in the first three weeks.

So are those abortions ok?

This is a brilliant idea.
The kid who made the mistake gets to correct it and the fetus gets a home in someone who wants it.

Are you prolife after birth?

What if instead of destroying the fetus and/or embryo to save the mother's life, the fetus and/or embryo could be sent to a lab where the child could be allowed to continue to grow and thrive and develop in a laboratory setting? If such a program where adopted, millions of lives of potential great thinkers. This would preserve the woman's right to choose and live while allowing the baby a chance of life as well.
And prolife advocates are willing for the federal, state governments to pay for:
the technology and the maintenance of this hatchery,

finding homes for those raised in these petri dishes,

the children's food, shelter, education and health?
Then I'm all for it.

And please no, "Charity will take care of it!" because charities like the Catholic Church can't afford to keep their schools open or pay for their civil liability for abusing other children under its care much less the kind of life long care you are advocating.

Personally my tech dollars would be better spent on male birth control and more effective access to increasingly more effective morning after contraceptives - before the little spermies and egglets get to do their naughty work.

Perfect exmple of liberal thought----you clean up my mistakes. Just like kids want their mommy to follow them around and clean up after them.

Aborting an unwanted/unplanned pregnancy is cleaning up your own mistake.....at no cost to the taxpayer.

I would like to point out, having a child you cannot support on your own is not taking care of your own mistake.

Taking welfare, food stamps, etc. and relying on the schools to feed your child is not taking care of your own mistake.

The solution is for anti-abortionist nuts to mind their own business. Stop trying to impose your religious and moral beliefs on the rest of us. Better yet, help reduce abortions by pushing for laws that make life easier for women to have children like paid maternity leave and flexible daycare arrangements.

So does eating meat, wearing leather and even harvesting grain. Animals are routinely killed when we farm. You've probably eaten food that was made from stopping a beating heart in the last few hours. But don't let it trouble your conscience.

What does that have to do with anything? Animals aren't humans. That makes about as much sense as calling babies "parasites".
