What in the world do you think a right wing extremist is? What makes someone a "right winger"? You would do well to study a little American history over the past 75 years. Do you think the KKK was a liberal leftist group? Do you even have any idea how and when the KKK was started? Certainly seems you do not. You personally can redefine these terms all you want, but it does not and will not change the definition which is most generally accepted in our society.
We have our crazies on the liberal side, but the white supremacists are YOURS.
What about all the left wing hate groups as well? I recall OWS which turned out to be nothing more than a rape, assault and opiate festival...... if they had only stood for what they SAID they stood for they would have gotten my respect
What about the hate group of feminazis who urged the Dems to start a war on women recently?
The list could go on and on and.....
Yes, though, it is troubling to see these white supremascist groups doing the crap they are doing
Feminazis?
Any credibility you might have had (not much) is certainly dashed.

The Nazi Party was the "National Socialist Party." I would say socialists are leftists, wouldn't you? Isn't that what "Progressives" are today? They are Marxist/socialists, which is exactly what Obama is.
Here is the reason for the confusion with the "right wing" (from Wikipedia). Go there if you want to read the citations:
Quote:
The National Socialist German Workers' Party (German: Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (help·info), abbreviated NSDAP), commonly known in English in short form as the Nazi Party, was a political party in Germany between 1920 and 1945. Its predecessor, the German Workers' Party (DAP), existed from 1919 to 1920. The term Nazi is German and stems from Nationalsozialist,[5] due to the pronunciation of Latin -tion- as -tsion- in German (rather than -shon- as it is in English), with German Z being pronounced as 'ts' as well.
The party was founded out of the current of the far-right racist völkisch German nationalist movement and the violent anti-communist Freikorps paramilitary culture that fought against the uprisings of communist revolutionaries in post-World War I Germany.[6] Advocacy of a form of socialism by right-wing figures and movements in Germany became common during and after World War I, such as Arthur Moeller van den Bruck who initially was the dominant figure of the Conservative Revolutionary movement, influenced Nazism.[7] Van den Bruck coined the term "Third Reich",[8] and advocated an ideology combining the nationalism of the right and the socialism of the left.[9] Prominent Conservative Revolutionary member Oswald Spengler's conception of a "Prussian Socialism" influenced both the Conservative Revolutionaries and the Nazis.[10] The party was created as a means to draw workers away from communism and into völkisch nationalism.[11] Initially, Nazi political strategy focused on anti-big business, anti-bourgeois, and anti-capitalist rhetoric [exactly as our Democrat Party leftists do], although such aspects were later downplayed in order to gain the support of industrial entities, and in 1930s the party's focus shifted to anti-Semitic and anti-Marxist themes.[12]
Todays neo-Nazi's have more in common with American leftists (socialists) than they do with American "right-wing" who advocate for freedom and liberty, with limited government. But todays socialists, like Barack Obama and many others within the Democrat Party (Progressives) incorporate Marxism into their politics as well as some communism. Anita Dunn might be a good example, as well as Van Jones. This is certainly true of Barack H. Obama, who was mentored by Frank Marshall Davis, CPUSA propagandist.
But liberals always try to associate these attacks wtih the Conservative Movement (Tea Party for example) as they did with the leftist wacko last year when Gabby Giffords was shot in the head. They blamed Rush Limbaugh, Sara Palin, and the entire Tea Party Movement for their "dangerous rhetoric."
Union violence is "leftist" violence (Wisconsin last summer). The left cannot admit that this is who they are.

Reason: Addition
I think "crazies" naturally gravitate to the extremes, no matter what it is. It can go in any direction too, depending on the personal issues involved. So to say there is a danger from the extreme RIGHT WING is to say there is also danger from the extreme LEFT WING and probably any WING you can dream up. There is always danger in extremes, that's why we don't like to tolorate them and why this forum is so amusing.
