You are missing that he did make an effort to raise money for the vets - and if he had not made the effort - no fine would have been levied.

long time a go i got a couple of warnings when driving..


one time a cop warned me and friend to not smoke pot in a certain area of the local town,, very nice officer i might add, we did nor listen to his warning., we went back to the area like week later and fired up a fatty, the cop was on patroll and he smelled it, and whamo he took our weed for himself,, was our stupid falt he warned us not to smoke in the area.. cop got himself a hundred bucks of some kick azz columbian goldtrue story..
