Why not ? I think picking Ryan makes a pretty bold statement.
Ryan brings nothing to the ticket. What state could he possibly deliver plus he is too conservative for independents. I think Romney is a fool for not picking Rob McDonnell. It may have helped him with Virginia, I think McDonnell would have upstaged him though.
We have seen so much down the tube in the way of campaign ads and now we get this as an answer from Romney to the Obama ad that the campaign keeps saying they couldn't control. The Soptic ad has been proven to be purely lies and yet the Obamas say they can't do anything about it. Maybe they should have told Priorities to do something about withdrawing the lie. Now the Republicans have come up with this ad in return for what they refused to stop from going on. I suppose nearly everybody has seen this but just in case, here it is.
Yes, I think we deserve a candidate like Gary Johnson. Gary cares about the 100% equally. His issues positions are clearly stated and he doesn't flip-flop. He wants us to get back our Constitutional rights. Most Republicans & Democrats in Congress & White House don't want to use the Constitution. If they don't use the Constitution, do we even have a right to keep living? The problem IMO is rule by corporations and other special interest groups that seem to value money and power over the the interests of the voters.
America deserves just what they've got. America voted these idiot politicians (Senate and House included) into office, and they're seeing the results, or lack thereof. Maybe if Americans stopped sitting in front of the TV, and placed more value in education, humility, and character they'd deserve better, but as it stands, they deserve exactly what they're getting.
