Interesting things are happening in Sinai and things may not be as they seem.

Nothing would make the region more stable than Russian coming in and supporting these nations threatened by Israel and the USA.

Right now you have a power vacuum where two bullies have come in and are violating the sovereignty of multiple nations against the will of their people.

By Russia coming in, Israel and US politicians wouldn't be nearly as cavalier in the use of force. Great opportunity for China as well to build ties to the region.

The US and Israel are rightly resented among every Middle East nation's populace. They are begging for assistance from those the US can't push around.

An idea whose time is long overdue.

Although China doesn't want to interfere in Syria, China isn't really anti-Israel. Many people in China respect Jews and Israelis and their achievements.

yeah I think Chia should Send 2.5 Milion combat Troops and another 2 million people to build pipelines and suck 230,000BPD oil from Syria to send home at only the cost of fuel for the tankers to burn ship it to China's Renfineries and then send heavy equipment and workers to Run massive open pit mines andmake sure that neither the pro Assad or anti-assad groups get in the way and suck the Country clean of all it's Resources in Record amount of time at only the cost to build the temp infastructure needed to do it and then whe the coun ry is stripped bare pack up and leave.

Then they can use the Oil and Mineral Resources they got from Syria for next to nothing and build I-phones, Car and truck parts, clohting and brand name shoes and clothes like Nike and Reebok and also X-Box 360's and then export them and sell them to in North America and the EU markets at a reduced per unit price and still make huge profit.

Since the margins would be huge due to not having to pay anyhting for the massive amounts of money to purchase the Raw Resurces and Oil and LNG needed to power their factories and employ their workers

Once the costs of building the pipeline and seaport were recovered it would be all profit and China is pretty good at making massive profits and they don't give a hoot about Syria or the syrian people and once the Resources would be gone neither would any otrher Super Power and Syria would never have to worry about NATo or U.N. troops ever sent back there again or trying interfear in the country again.

You can respect Israel enough to think as a whole they act shameful, and far below the standards they are capable of. I have the utmost respect for Jews that tell the truth about Israel. Glenn Greenwald, MJ Rosenburg, Max Blumenthal, Noam Chomsky, Norman Finklestein, etc. Not a one of these men wishes ill will towards Israel, only to the thuggish behavior of their government.

Sinai is becoming a staging ground for militant extremists for sure. Mooooooobarek kept things quiet like he was asked. Now it is going to get very delicate. I wouldn't be surprised if Israel has to go kick some butt in there here in the next year.

It is the grand battle for the reserve currency. Why do you think Russia went into Afghan back in the day and Carter handed money to Pakistan to fund the mujahadeen?? All more chess pieces at play. If I were Russia or China your damn right I am tired of having to pay for oil in US dollars. They are slowly moving away from that and will make a final push here when the time is right.
