Yet you have it for a terrorist in the military and want to go against the rules he is under and agreed to when he joined.

Guess you don't have mush respect for Rule of Law either.

It's called the UCMJ and it applies to all members of the US Armed Forces, even those awaiting trial for terrorist attack.

He is still under medical care. Doctors can put him under and have medical staff come in to give him a regulation shave and an Army barber give him a regulation hair cut. Military courts are not the same as civilian courts. It appears that certain individual here is completely clueless about the US Military, probably due to his typical ultra-liberal hatred of the US Military. A hatred so deep he supports an Army officer who murders his fellow soldiers. Defending Islamic terrorist seems to be in vogue with ultra-liberals.

I would have said it was a text book example of "domestic terrorism" myself.

Why terrorism? He killed 12 military and one civilian contractor on base at Ft. Hood.

Sounds like to me, he took it upon himself to join the Muslims fighting the US, and hit a purely military target.

Maybe we have a different definition of terrorism?

When the US bombs funerals and rescue operations that take place after suspected terrorists are bombed and innocent civilians are killed, is that terrorism?
