Whatever her name is, I don't care. Maybe she can change that too.

Fact is you were wrong, the Jenkins gal was the legal custodian of that child.
Bull hockey. Unjust decisions and unjust laws should be disobeyed by every citizen who values what's right.

So the Vermont law allowing gay couples to get civil marriages (unions at the time) is unjust? Seems funny since the only reason this lesbian couple moved to Vermont to have kids and start their family was to gain access to said law.

Typical liberal tactic - try to shut down debate with an inane rationalization.

The decision to take the girl from her true mother is unjust. Psychologists warned it could cause serious problems to the girl. It was ignored by homosexual activist judges in VT. Our civil union law was in fact forced on us by these judges, the voters opposed it.

It's very telling that the gay army supporters here are siding with the judge here - it demonstrates that they don't care for the well being of children - they just want to push for normalization of their lifestyle choice - no matter what damage is done to children in the process.

Gays and kids don't mix.

Take a deep breath. It's not your kid. She's in good hands.
I don't know. Is aiding a confirmed criminal break the law even more, also criminal activity in Vermont? There are more than two sides to everything, there are an infinite number of sides, but there is only one truth...yet many desires.

The judge really had no choice. She refused over and over and over and over and over again to allow visitation or even show up for court proceedings.

At the outset, Janet was perfectly fine with Lisa Miller being the parent with primary guardianship, even in a different state. When they separated, they agreed upon, among themselves, (and for a year or so swimmingly abided by) an arrangement where Janet paid child support and came down to Virgina for regular visits. It's only when Lisa went self-gay-hating, fundamentally religious and wanted to cut Janet out of their daughter's life that this thing blew up.

Excuse me playing loose with the details of this case, which I could care less about.

Ah, yes, but Ms. Jenkins is a parent. So, sorry to have played loose with the details, but the post stands as stated.

If you cannot do the time, don't do the crime. Disobeying the law and aiding is a crime.
