In New Mexico - the state question is "red or green" - chile, that is.

Yeterday, the president alienated half of this state by coming out in favor of red chile.

Obama talks chile, music on ABQ radio - Alamogordo Daily News

What would Bill Richardson think?

There is chili as in meat similar to a soup and there are chilis which are green little things, the ones famous in NM are from Hatch and they can be used in your Texas Chili or chile....No one is referring to the dish, they are talking about the produce..I just bought 10 lbs of Hatch Chili the other day, roasted it and now it is in they are in the freezer waiting to be used in the winter months.

I don't start many threads - and President Obama made a mistake here - he is supposed to be a politician - and good politicians don't upset half of their potential voters.

Another good reason why community organizers should not seek to become POTUS.
