The US incarceration rate is caused by the economic cleansing of our cities by the drug cops suppressing improper entrepreneurial activity. Prostitution and gambling controlled by suburban white gangsters is allowable but drug dealing by blacks is strictly forbidden.

Breivik is now complaining about his "inhumane prison conditions."

Because his coffee is served cold, and he hasn't any moisturizer.

Good behavior cuts both ways in this scenario from the sound of it. If you serve a much shorter sentence by having a big change of heart in prison, there is more chance he will remain unmolested in prison. Here in the USA, he might get life in prison, but he would spend it in solitary confinement or else our other violent "lifer's" would knife him in hopes of some small gift from the outside world. Basically, plenty of people will send a "lifer" a carton of cigarettes for killing someone who killed children. So, the child killer is locked away alone and only gets one hour of time in the yard each day - some places, less. The lifer has no reason to be a saint in prison, depending on how well good behavior is rewarded and whether they have family or friends left who will buy them luxuries.
