So who is waging this "warfare" ,god? I had heard once that Bush could control hurricanes, but I don't think that is true.

Not too long ago there was a on another forum thread where some poster thought bicyclers should bike on the sidewalk and pay ridiculous fines anyway in places where biking on the sidewalk is illegal. To him it was all justified because bikes use roads too and cars pay plenty of money to use the roads, so why shouldn't bikes foot the bill too...

it is not Russia or China but it would be us here in Canada and the U.S,. that would benifit from this storm if it means lots of heavy Rainfall to Replace the depleated Freash Water supply that are at Record Lows in the Great Lakes and Major Rivers that we drw water frm to grow our Crops that feed most of the world popualtion and feed since their is going to be huge price increases in the world market and shortages in the local food chain and supply line.
