There is close to 1% of gays in this country and you want the remaining 99% to accept your behavior as normal and acceptable. It will never happen.
Acceptance and tolerance are two different things, learn the difference. Regardless, protecting the rights of minorities is what makes a country free. Democracy doesn't mean a thing if you can just vote to toss all the jews in an oven.

No such thing as a homo-phobe...I really don't know who came up with that term...Homo-resentment....or Homo-disrespect....The phobia bit....is a bit over the top...as if there is a fear or homo-phobia is a mental illness- Just a couple of decades ago..homosexuality was classed as a mental illness...and now those that don't like homosexuality are considered mentally ill....Back on topic for a minute- I have come to the realization that marriage is a write off- the gays can have it...cos' if they have it...I don't want it...Actually....Marriage has become a state sponsored curse..Good luck with it...as a hetero - I kind of feel like I am handing over my left overs.....back to the question....No...anti-gay marriage people are not homo-phobes...they are protectors of tradition.

They are both minorities, both at some point persecuted while pedophilia was accepted in Ancient Greece, by the majority. If you feel we should protect all minorities than why not pedophils?

Funny thing there same was attempted in Soviet Union which tried to force a picture of women operating a tractor as a new Socialist ideal of femininity.
