An American in a high tax bracket pays the rate without regard to the source of that income/profit whether it be from an Asian or American market. But the problem that everyone is upset about is jobs, which shouldn't be affected by the height of the high tax brackets. The downward pressure on jobs creation must come from the relative cost of American labor and difficulties of conducting business in the U.S., but the politicians are talking about the tax rates.
