Today in America, race relations are more tense than ever, and even more so subtle. The thing is look at how the justice system is treating the case of Trayvon Martin, from start to present and look at the Emmett Till Case from start to finish and how the similarities are blatant.

What I'm saying is that history is repeating itself in front of our very eyes. Now for a second don't look at race in this situation and look at humanity, this grown man shot a child and was not arrested.... Hopefully we see the bigger picture in its entirety and stop giving in...

Peace and love to all. RIP Trayvon
No its not. What happened to Emitt Till is the worst stain on this country of the 20th Century. Although what happened to Treyvon Martin is beyond comprehension as a parent, the bottom line, its in the hands of the Justice System. What happened to Emmett Till is and was the Worst Cruelty that could happen to another human being especially a child. I understand everyone has a right to their opinion, but this is going too far. Go back and look at the pictures of Emmett and let me know if you still feel that way.

But it does effect me in a serious way, the government effects us all but we see the most detrimental only happens to the bottom. I don't vote for no major party and this is my first year of voting and if there is nothing but major parties I choose not to vote because it won't even matter if I did, but this is off topic please pm me if you choose to continue this discussion

Ask how did the guns and weapons get into the hood in the first place? And let me ask you one more question are you just as outraged as I am? You can send me a pm if you wish to answer these questions and continue this discussion

Of course I am outraged. For ever youth killed is a wasted life that could have made a difference. I am outraged by an attitude that this is just how it is.
How do the weapons get in the hood? The gangbangers import them to the hood. The same is true of the drugs.

You have alot to read and research before you come to me about what happened to Emmett Till, you forget that these are my ancestors and relatives that tell me about this.

That's exactly what you're doing. You're a clown, to compare what happend to Emmit Till to what happend to Trayvon Martin is beyond idiotic.

This is my last rebuttal to this, because this is off topic. But tell me who is the plug(supplier) of the weapons and drugs for the mis-guided youth? If you choose to answer this question in this thread, I will ignore you, but if you wish to keep discussing this topic (which I will more than happily debate about) then please send me a private message.

Peace and Love

A clown for comparing the two??? you seem to be upset but unless you bring your reason behind your accusation then we cannot discuss this any further
