I bet these numbers don't sound so good to most people of the left lean. I also bet that they will argue about the 4 consecutive years because of what time that four years is. I don't like seeing it but then the WEF isn't a Democrat controlled group since their headquarters is Geneva, Switzerland. Sad reading but probably true.
The left has already said they need more time. Obama gave himself an "incomplete" when it came to his dealing with the economy.
I have been laughing about that grade ever since he gave it to himself. Surely when we go down all four of his years he must finally get the point.
I can't wait to see how he deals with the economy tomorrow night or how Clinton tries tonight. They will have to do a lot of social talk to take huge amounts of time each night.
The funniest thing I know of is that they say they moved Obama's speech back inside because of forecast storms for tomorrow evening and the official forecast is for clear. This thing may get over too soon the way it is going.
And as when the "country" was downgraded, it's the Republican's fault. From your link:

"A number of weaknesses are chipping away at its competitiveness...the U.S. fiscal imbalances and continued political deadlock over resolving these challenges," said Jennifer Blanke, Economist at the Geneva-based WEF.
Political deadlock over reducing the unsustainable federal government budget deficit - projected to hit $1.1 trillion this year - prompted Standard & Poor's to downgrade the country's credit rating by one notch to AA+ from AAA last August. A mix of U.S. tax hikes and spending cuts - referred to as the "fiscal cliff" - are set to come into force in January unless lawmakers reach a compromise for avoiding them.
The survey, which has been conducted annually for over three decades, ranks the competitiveness of 144 countries based on 12 key indicators including infrastructure, macroeconomic environment, labor market efficiency and innovation. Despite declining in the overall ranking, the forum highlighted that the U.S. remains one of the world's top innovators - supported by an "excellent" university system - and continues to offer vast opportunities because of the sheer size of its domestic economy.
More partisan brinksmanship and obstruction leading to an eroding of confidence. However, despite ALL that the Republican's have done to attempt to destroy America and it's values, we keep striving and moving forward through the morass and obstacles to continue to be a top innovator. Imagine how successful the recovery would have been had the Reupblican's actually upheld their oaths and duties to the Republic and it's citizens.

Why didn't you manage to put this quote from that link in your post? We do both know, don't we?
"Switzerland's productivity is further enhanced by a business sector that offers excellent on-the-job-training opportunities and labor markets that balance employee protection with the interests of employers," the report said.
According to our President, Barry Obama, it is government that would have to provide those on-the-job-opportunities since it is the government that builds all our businesses.
