There is no difference between a business wanting a certain hairstyle of their employees than there is of a business requiring strict business attire, such as a suit, tie, and some spiffy penny-loafers. It's business. Think the guys and gals that have to wear business attire don't want to show up in ripped jeans and and a t-shirt?

Adding: "Think the guys and gals that have to wear business attire don't want to show up in ripped jeans and and a t-shirt?"...to interviews, as well.

Ah! Good question!

And I have found that very question is why I often walk the razor's edge in trying to assure the face of the community is being represented, while at the same time also staying true to story content when illustrating with graphics/photos. I often find images that work - but they really don't - b/c of the racial make up!

I try to stick to the actual make up of the community when dealing with all not for profit healthcare agencies. I (and the client) want any material folks pick up to reflect the people who use the services as well as the folks providing services.

In a service brochure, for example, there may be an image of a white physician and a white patient, but if so, we will also have elsewhere in the brochure a photo depicting a black family, or a group of children representing several races. We literally try to represent as closely as we can the racial make up of the community that is being served.

It would not be very often that content would be geared exclusively to one ethnicity. Even with something such as sickle cell anemia, the photo might have a white or asian or latino nurse with a black patient.

My point made. Anything to avoid actually thinking. Who wants to place bets on the IQ of this poster?

That's what I'm getting out of this entire thread.
Because you're simple...we got that part down pat.

If you can't wrap your head around a complex idea, condense it to something you want to hear whether it's actually tangentially related or not. That's how dumb people keep arguments going.

Anybody who wants a peek into your obtuse world only needs to read your posting history.

It took you a while to type that one sentence response, were you digging deep in your closet on your hands and knees for a thesaurus? Some of the most awkward verbiage ever.

Contrary to what you may think, I am not sitting here clicking re-load to see when you respond to a post.

I changed it because it seemed too snarky for me, and I didn't want to be perceived as stooping to the level of nursery school as you have in your previous posts to me.

By the way...I have a "real" job.

If you are working (which I am not), stop being a productivity drain and get on it.

Point made. Case rested.
Yeah. They do. Kinda like you.
