And the good news just keeps coming in. Romney has NO shot of winning Michigan.

Ford is more tied to GOP
GM is more tied to Dems

GM is failing, losing money hand over fist. Overall, a good thing to help demonstrate crony capitalism doesn't always work. Plus, it hurts Obama more if Ford does well and GM doesn't.

Ah yes, I'm sure you considered that 581,000 more people were "not in the labor force" in August than in July to be good news as well.

Our auto industry is doing great!

I am truly impressed, Ford added 1,200 workers?

And the government upped it's purchase of GM fleet cars by 79% last month?

It's gonna be a great year with us the taxpayers footing the bill once again...

So all that has to happen for a real recovery is for another 9,000,000 Americans to be hired....

I didn't see that in the headlines. What do you think is going to sway voters?

The headlines about the jobs report were certainly not positive. Now they certainly didn't reflect how horrific the report was, but they did make it sound bad.

I guess the "obstructionist" GOP was able to get government enough out of the way to improve the economy!

Whether or not they're doing well or not. The numbers are irrelevant to them.
