Illegal pot has no taxes, no record keeping, no permits and no government intervention. And the idiots in government (like Obama) can save face by saying they oppose pot.

Maybe we should just give up on legalization and enjoy our pot as it is..... plentiful, cheap, easy to find, good quality and NO government regulations.

Maybe the medical pot experiment has failed... and that's a good thing.

I was reading a story about an online site you can just order it up on using bitcoin as the currency of choice. Silk something or other. Probably best to keep the government out if that is your thing. They screw everything else up.

In many cities, you don't go to jail. You just get a ticket.

Until Uncle Sam can figure out a way to control it AND tax it, it will never be legalized. It's a shame as the amount of taxes that could be realized by legalizing it would be astronomical.

Don't think the alcohol and Big Pharma lobbies don't have a hand in fighting that.
