I'm doing worse off, but my circumstances are not attributed to Obama being in office.

I would like to see some documentation explaining this in more detail. If this is true, it shows that we do not have a competitive market for health insurance and employers should not be involved with health insurance. This would eliminate the uncertainty that economists point to as holding back the economy.

Hired for a good job in July 2008, laid off in August 2009.
Unemployed from then until November 2010
Hired for a ****ty job that I stayed in until November 2011.
Hired for a good job in November 2011 that I am still in.

I suffered for 2 years, one unemployed and one in a ****ty job, but yes I am better off now.

My question, to you, is are YOU better off since Obama took office? If so, what has Obama improved in your life?
I see that everyday. I also see houses gutted of all mechanicals for money to take with them. The furnace is gone, water heater, A/C, frig, washer, drier.....hell even the copper plumbing and electrical wiring has been ripped off and taken for scrap. Homeless "squatters" break in and set up a makeshift living quarters. Meth labs are also created and some vacant homes are blown off their foundation because of it. It's not getting any better. The owners lost the house. Anything of any value has been stolen as well. Somebody has to foot the bill sooner or later.
