At one time I--probably like most Americans--was uninterested and indifferent toward Islam. That all changed on 9/11. Sorry if it offends anyone, but say the word "Islam" and I have a negative gut reaction to it today. That's just the way it is and not likely things will ever be any different for me from here on out. <shrug>

Especially if that 95% are too fearful to help and just stand by silently and "see nothing".
Your so right. Religion should never breed fear into people, and that is exactly what there religion does condone.
I am more then sure, there are some good decent people in that region, that cannot speak out, in fear of their lives, who do not condone the actions of those who are obsessed with evil.
These people kill so freely and so willingly, the innocent, how could they speak out.

It is the same fear that keeps people silent about what they see in crime ridden neighborhoods--fear for their own lives if they speak up.
Yes they need to access the Internet to recruit more terrorist and coordinate attacks.
