39% of Chicago public school teachers send their own children to private schools. The national average is 12%.
Let that one simmer for a moment. That means that almost 40% of schoolteachers who are claiming that they are so vital, important, and skilled...are willing to pay out of their own pockets to keep their own kids from having to be taught at the same places they work.

They are just getting a free vacation to walk the streets with their che worshiping comrades. They know they will get back in there and get a raise and get any back pay they lost by striking. All for the children though. The battle cry of the left.

Obama may be a bad president but he's not a complete idiot. Anybody with half a brain would try and get their kids outta the chicago public schools. Sadly many don't have the opportunity. Vouchers are a big no no to the democrats. That would upset the unions. Can't have that. lol |

Wait a minute...aren't you guys part of the same crowd that cheered Chris Christie for rebuking someone that called him out for being a public official and sending his kids to private school?
Besides, how do you know that these Chicago teachers even live in Chicago? Answer: you don't.

Would you send your kids to inner city schools? In America these days?  If you can afford to, send them to private schools.... I don't blame them one bit
Gangs, jumpings, fights, drugs, metal detectors, even in many suburbs today as well...... mostly because of broken families

The obvious difference being that the Chicago libs/Obama have their heads stuck way up the Union's butt. Christie, on the other hand, is no friend of the Union's.
Its easy for the socialite Libs to get together and act like they care about inner city kids when their little darlings are at the local prep school. |
