Looks like Dreamworks wanted to build a movie in China and Obama bent over backwards to facilitate the deal for his friend Mr. Katzenberg, who by the way, raised and bundled $6.6M for President Obama.
Katzenberg has been well rewarded by the Obama administration for his support.

By the way, nobody is claiming a conspiracy. Just noting for all the tools who keep whining that Romney is shipping jobs overseas.
