NFN but Fox News last night had a discussion on the repeated attacks on our embassies in the ME....

No wonder why the progressive liberals didn't hear about until the OP posted it at 6:00 PM tonight....

Yea, the experts are the guys that said there were WMD's in Iraq and that we'd bring democracy to Afghanistan.

Got news for you slugger....that's been the foreign policy in the Middle East for every administration in my lifetime....in your lifetime too. And neither of us were born in 2008, sorry to tell you.

Good Lord. Didn't you guys spend 4 years defending Bush when the left said "he should have known" about 9-11 ?
And now you are on the other side saying "he should have known" about Obama and the Libya attack ?

Do you people even hear yourselves talking ?

He missed half of them I'd say that's more than some.

Then why did they not add security if there have been attacks recently? Especially on 9/11.

The dozens of Daily Presidential Security Briefings that Obama failed to attend over the months, take on more significance now, don't they.

Is it November yet?
Now you listen here. Obama has been very busy the last couple of months with his money raising and campaigning and hasn't had time to be at those daily briefings. It is a crime for us to think he should tend to his job, but then he thinks his job is to campaign for re-election and is sure that things can't be too bad since the media hasn't reported any of it.

Go ahead and hurt their feelings that way. You are completely right.

But in fact, that same consulate in Libya was attacked by Islamic radicals with IEDs several months ago. Our consulate in Tunisia was similarly attacked by Islamic gunman a week later. And last month, the American Red Cross building near the consulate in Libya was also attacked with anti-tank weapons.

"Little reason to expect armed attacks" on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks??

How many "hints" did we NEED??

The White House is still telling us these latest attacks, where the U.S. Ambassador was murdered along with three other Americans, were "not directed at America specifically". They were simply done by movies critics who apparently didn't like a film somebody made.

What kind of alternate universe is Barack Obama living in?

How many more AMERICAN embassies and consulates have to be attacked? How many more U.S. Ambassadors and other diplomatic personnel do these Islamic fanatics have to murder before President Obama starts to wonder if it's not just a coincidence that Americans are being systematically targeted, month after month, in coordinated attacks all over the globe?

Is it November yet?

Diplomatic, western posts targeted repeatedly in Benghazi in run-up to deadly assault

By Catherine Herridge
Published September 15, 2012

While the Obama administration says there was no "actionable intelligence" foreshadowing the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya, there were at least four attacks on diplomatic and western targets in Benghazi leading up to the murder of the U.S. ambassador.

“This (the U.S. Consulate) was a place that was targeted months before with an IED (improvised explosive device)," Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House intelligence committee who has been briefed on the attack and investigation, told Fox News"

So Obama is even more incompetent than we thought? I did not think that was possible. Perhaps the democrats should just draft the most intelligent third grader that they can find for thier presidential candidate.
I don't think he is incompetent at doing what he considers his job. He thinks he has to campaign and raise money to campaign on and he is willing to allow things in the ME take care of themselves. He doesn't know what is going on there because he skips so many briefings that come every day. I wonder how many of them he has attended the past 4 months.
